Family-owned cabins in the pines

We are a fourth-generation Arizona family, and we fell for Prescott's high country the same way everyone does: the cool pines, the lakes, the star-thick nights. These two cabins in Groom Creek are how we share it. They're the kind of places we'd want to stay ourselves: comfortable, genuinely clean, and stocked with the little things that make a trip easy.

We have been hosting here for 6 years. Both cabins are Airbnb Guest favorites, in the top 5% of homes on the platform, and we have held Superhost status throughout. Same two cabins, same two people, without the service fee on top.

Our roots in Prescott

Our family has been in Prescott for generations. The owner's grandmother was raised on the old Haymore Dairy, one of the working dairies that fed the town back when it was ranches, orchards and open pine. We did not parachute into Prescott to buy a rental; this is home country for us, which is why the trail, lake and restaurant tips we give come from growing up here. Why we ask you to book direct

You'll find our cabins on the big booking sites too, but when you book here you skip their guest service fees and reach the owners directly. That means a faster answer to your questions, helpful tips for the area, and more of your money staying with the family who owns the cabins instead of a tech company.

How booking direct works

1. Choose the Groom Creek Getaway orThe Forest Cabin and send your dates from the booking page.
2. We check the calendar and confirm your dates, usually within a few hours.
3. We email you a secure Stripe payment link. A 50% deposit confirms your dates, and the balance is due 30 days before check-in. Booking within 30 days of arrival is paid in full at the time of booking.
4. A couple of days before you arrive we send the door code and directions. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

If plans change: Cancel 14+ days before check-in for a full refund (less any payment-processing fee), 7–13 days for 50%, and fewer than 7 days before check-in the booking is non-refundable. The full terms are on theterms page.
